Lunar Echo

I am a mess, I woke up this morning and fell down the stairs. I struggle to keep balance, I struggle to sleep, I struggle to hold things properly. I cut my hand pretty bad today because I just dropped my plate of food as if my arms just gave out. I feel so freaking horrible, I don't understand, I don't know how to get my head out of this state. What the hell is wrong with me, I feel like I may just collapse.
