we are biological machines, you'd be surprised how certain hormone levels dropping even alittle can totally change how a person feels. If you feel down and fatigued and can't put your finger on a solid reason then this is mostly likely what is causing it. Hormones effect how you you gain/lose weight, your sensitivity to heat/cold.
