Lunar Echo

I've been unwell for the past couple of days, my throat has been tickly so I've been coughing a lot. Not painful coughing but just plain coughing when I shouldn't, it sometimes stacks and my head gets really sore from all the coughing. It also interferes with my sleeping, I keep coughing because my throat is tickled and it keeps me awake. But I end up with a really sore migraine by the end of the coughing.

Do you use cigarettes ?
