I try to work hard but I get caught in whatever crap they end up doing. For example, I am working hard on something non-stop, they start having a throwing things at each other fight, they hit me while I'm trying to concentrate and work. The worst part about this situation is that my supervisor is usually the one who starts all the crap! Then I get bombarded by this girls stupid questions, she literally gets paid to stand around and just talk all day.

You could always make a list or something of things you like. I'm sure you have plenty of things you enjoy so just try to focus on those in your free time. People struggle over different things as well. Here in the first world minor problems can get blown out of proportion because of social media and workplace drama.

In respose to recent message: Sounds like my old workplace. Just keep your head down and work. If things get tough, who will the supervisor keep? The workers who stand around and talk or the workers who actually get stuff done. People joked around all the time at my workplace but I ended up being one of the best workers their because everybody else just screwed around instead of working.
