I have learned to never trust, obediently, ones words. one persons perception is not the "truth", but the understanding of their own interpretation.

It is only within actions may you actually derive truth. though the actions are subjective to the perceptions of the viewers, they carry more of the person, than just the voice.

@Lunar Echo-I heard wrong then. Yet they say they are a good government and have people try to encourage others to come to cities like the crowded streets of Hong Kong or Tokyo. Still I rather stay here in America than to be going outside with my bio-hazard gear. Acting like its a zombie apocalypse going on outside. Like the Walking Dead for example. Which I quit watching it cause of the bad cliches on the later seasons.

High birth rates is not a good thing, it's usually a sign of a great depression amongst the people. Japan is another case, I don't even consider it as their own entity anymore, just another American Vessel State. But yes, overpopulation is the reason we're struggling with feeding the world right now, and they say by 2025 we'll be at 32 billion in the world, so if we keep going at this rate we'll all be out of food.
