Cause you're never really out of the game in ark unless you've died your body goes unconsious when you crash, so naturally your guy falls off his mount into hell knows where since all you were doing is flying fastly by. So naturally it's a pain in the butt trying to find your character since his body is more than surely eatten and all that remains is a little satchel which is near impossible to see with all that is going on.

And that's hoping he wasn't eatten by a preadator that likes to eat everything, equipment included, then you need you need to find out what predator ate you and kill it.

As long as you remember Rule No. 1:

"Fuck the Swamp"
