Leave Starlight or Spike behind. While I do agree that Starlight should not be the focus of the film, she should at least be as important as the rest of the cast. With her slow but steady transition into main character status, it would be silly to leaver her out. As for Spike, after the first 2 seasons, they stopped leaving him out of major quests, (with the exception of the S5 premiere, but they had good reasons for that) so I'm not too worried about him missing this one. Although, leaving Spike out would be even worse

Do you guys think that GlimGlam will ever get her own throne and/or get called by the map?

Occasionally I do. It's a very rare feeling, because best pony is better as an Alicorn. That would involve erasing 3 Seasons worth of character growth and development.

Season 6 is really good so far IMO. It's second only to Season 5 for me. Although, about 30% of my love for S6 is because of GlimGlam.

SWEET CELESTIA!!! This episode was just AMAZING!! Fluttershy was grown so much to be able to stand up and take charge for her parents. She's able to firmly tell Zephyr breeze to get a job and even kick him out when he can't get one. Later, she realizes that she doesn't want him to be homeless and she takes him back and even helps him gets his career back on track. She is just.... The best big sister EVER!!!!! Rainbow dash was a fantastic support in this one. Fluttershy usually works well as Rainbow's support, so I was happy to see that it worked just as well the other way around. Also, the song was awesome as always. As someone who is just staring to look for jobs, this episode really hit home for me. Overall, I would definitely list this as my new favorite Season 6 episode. Definitely the magnum opus of this season. Side notes: - Fluttershy's parents are even more shy and less assertive than she usually is. Also, Her mom is adorable. - Zephyr Breeze is hilarious. He kind of reminded me of Kovu's older brother from The Lion King 2. - I just LOVED the way they handled Rainbow's relationship with Fluttershy's family, they are childhood friends after all. Also, the way Zephyr flirted with her was pretty funny. - My only gripe with this episode: NO STARLIGHT. D:

0/10 no Starlight. In all seriousness, this episode was hilarious. I never thought I'd see a mockumentary style episode of MLP. - Pulp fiction reference at the beginning. - The "Too many Pinkie pies" reference was amazing! PINKIE CLONES ARE STILL LIVING AMONG US!!!! HIDE YO KIDS! - The angel and devil Raritys were great, I remember them doing something similar in "Secret of my excess." - I love how Twilight's way of keeping Rarity from seeing the boutique was to lock her in the display window all day. I love our Princess of friendship. Fantastic episode overall, it appears that Rarity's new boutique is a SWEEPING success!! Seewhatididthere

Mother of Celestia, that was amazing!! I loved the songs, especially "Say goodbye to the holiday" and "Luna's future." This was definitely the best episode of S6, gg Mike Vogel.

I actually quite enjoyed this one. My only gripe was that they didn't make as big a deal of RD becomin a wonderbolt as a thought they would. I was found it to be kind of annoying that they brought RD's old "Rainbow crash" nickname back. It was so overused during the first 2 seasons. I thought that Rainbow dash's Mane six impressions where pretty funny though.

I've been wondering that too. I'm sure Rainbow will have enough free time to make time for her friends, or the show's staff wouldn't have made her a wonderbolt until the end of the series.

Forget about the use of the word "hand," you know what was even more weird? In "A Canterlot wedding part 2" when Twilight was trying to speak with Shining Armor and the fake Cadence interrupted, Twilight said "She sure has a way of sneaking up on people." The word "People" is a whole lot more out of place than "hand."

Rainbow dash and Pinkie Pie are probably the most recognizable.

During the last months of 2015, I became absolutely convinced that Season 6 would be the final season of our beloved show. Now, however, I feel like we could get a Season 7, since Hasbro would've announced by now that thier biggest show is ending. If all goes well, we might even get a Season 8. I guess it's really up to Hasbro, but since MLP is still very popular and makes a lot of money off of toys, I'd say we're good for another season or 2. As for the quality of the show, I think it's still amazing and they could definitely come up with enough ideas to keep the show afloat for the next couple of years.

True, but she seemed to have a "I'm not in the mood for this sh-" attitude from the moment she arrived and didn't see Starlight.

Why was Celestia so grumpy in this episode? I guess she realized that Starlight got her own episode before she did. In all seriousness, I really enjoyed this one. I like how all 3 of the main characters were at fault instead of making Twilight out to be the bad guy like in "What about Discord?" Also, that Big Mac bit was AMAZING!!!

I love the idea of her becoming the Mane 7th. Ive been on board with it ever seen Season 5 ended. TV shows add new characters to the main cast all the time and I think Starlight Glimmer fits in quite well

She's a completely different character now. In the first scene you referred to, she's a controlling, emotionally unstable cult leader. In the second one, she's the Princess of friendship's reformed student. I actually read that last part in Starlight's voice. xD

The whole point of Ember's helmet was to keep her from being recognized. That's why is looked so busy and complicated.

Not quite as good as Season 5 yet, but I'm still enjoying it quite a bit. Usually I scream "BEST SEASON EVER" as soon as it stars, but this one is taking a bit to get there for me. The upcoming episodes sound interesting though. Overall, I just have to give it time.

BEST SPIKE EPISODE EVER!!!!!!! It's also my favorite episode of Season 6. I'm really loving Princess ember, she's really adorable and awesome at the same time. Equestria will be completely safe under her rule thanks to Spike befriending her.

I figured that they would take a break so the Hearth's Warming episode could air at the end of the year. The thing is, the HW episode has already been confirmed as episode 8. They still could take a break for other reasons though. Equestria Girls has nothing to do with whether or not they end up taking a break. EG is made by a different team.
