I live in Texas, a state known for being rather warm throughout the year, which means snow rarely happens here. And I rather hate it, because I like to celebrate Christmas with snow. I'm always dreaming of a white Christmas~ And yet, December is the only month I actually want snow. By the time January rolls around, I want the snow to start melting and clearing away.  Does that make me odd?

@Toshigami EquineYeah. We weren't hit on the east side of town. Southwest and west side was nailed however.

Not at all. We get the most snow here in Illinois in January and February, and We haven't had a white christmas in a couple of years. The only time I want to see snow is around Christmas.

You're lucky down under. We're freezing to death up here!
