I have someone in my Job Place, who reminds me of Fluttershy, only that she is even more shy and doesnt talk at all, unless its a teacher that she talks to. With us she is only communicating by writing something on a piece of paper. But she is not really close to me in any sense. XD

Eh, I usually think in the reverse fashion,

People tend to be more complex than anything written down or characterized,
