I would advise against armor glyphs, however, as they are secondary runes and provide less stats than primary runes. In most cases, you should run either flat MR or scaling MR glyphs. If you really need the extra armor, I suggest using armor quintessences and scaling AP or scaling CDR glyphs.

Thanks a lot for the translation. I usually run armor glyphs because I mostly play jungle and being restricted to 2 runepages its more efficient for me to have that extra armor in glyphs because of the: minion dmg (minion aggro), turrets, jungle camps and in most cases against full ad teams. But yeah youre right for the AP runepage its better to have ap glyphs and armor quins.
