It's Dallas. Houston is Dallas' brother who replaced Hoxton in Payday 2 when Hoxton was arrested (which happened after Payday: The Heist and before Payday 2), but the original Hoxton has returned with the "Hoxton Breakout" DLC. Now we have original Hoxton and Dallas' brother, who by Hoxton's request is now named Houston. c:

Haven't played it, but it's from Payday 2. Y'know, the game where it's devs explicitly said there was not going to be microtransactions, and then there were microtransactions.
