I also forced myself to be active to distract my mind (i.e. taking a walk, being around animals). ^^ Anxiety can feel paralyzing, but the trick is to keep active so it doesn't freeze you up (that's when the symptoms get a lot worse)
Well I used to have A LOT of anxiety when I was at school, so what I usually do is think about the stuff that I like or play a video game/ watch a movie that you like <3
