    Left 4 Dead's hit detection is getting under my skin. I shot at a boomer five times with a shotgun and still missed every shot. I swear you could press a gun right to a zombie's skull, fire, and still miss.

      Some of the community servers lag a lot which is probably why you have issues. I never have problems with it in offline single player.
