So I watched a leak of today's episode a while back, and I honestly think that was one of the best episodes of the entire show. This one was just hilarious and adorable to me, and the jokes are top-notch. Love it!

Ooof, so they rolled out the Spring Creators Update yesterday (Windows). -u- Ugh, took like four hours just to get it installed, MINUS the whole "restarting multiple times" process...

Twitter is HORRIBLE for sending videos. GOODNESS. It just keeps saying "Your message cannot be blank" despite having something written to go with the video, and it takes FOREVER. That's what happens if you try to send it in direct messages. If you tweet it, it takes about 1,000 years, but at least it uploads.

Despite troubles, today's been an incredible day.
I got art from two amazing artists of my OCs (one of which being my avatar), and a song inspired me and made me feel great about my OC, and I went to a nice library and found out I really enjoyed it. That, and my internet came back and I managed to fix an issue with my game caused by public Wi-Fi use (I'm guessing) from when I had to use it from no internet.

Update on internet situation.
There's apparently a big outage in my area for my ISP. Based on the situation, it could be like that for other ISPs, too.
I was looking on DownDetector, and someone said they called my cable company and they said it was a damaged fiber optic, which takes "longer to fix", but they didn't give a time frame. I saw other complaints about it being down in my area, and one got a reply.
"Blame the driver who hit the pole by __(insert restaurant name)___". So, if this guy's right, someone crashed into a pole nearby and now we've been without internet for 19+ hours. Really praying it comes back today but somehow I have a sinking feeling it's going to take days or weeks. I don't know how that stuff all works, though - just pessimism telling me the worst case scenario I guess. I still have a bad feeling.

Well, if they know the exact location, and its a pole strike, odds are good it's only going to take a single splice. I know from experience that, even with trim and polishing, that's less than ten minutes.
Rest of the overhead could be a problem though - they may need to replace the pole (not usually if it is one of the classic wooden ones, but the tubular steel ones can be badly damaged even from a light impact) and there could be multiple utility providers sharing the same pole, and need to sort out what belongs to who and so forth.
The actual splice shouldn't be hard though, once they get started.

Well, I lost internet at home. Please pray it gets resolved quickly. Cable company doesn't know what's going, and a dispatcher is supposed to call soon about sending a technician out to fix it, but it's late so I doubt it'll be today. Hope it comes back and I hope it'll all work out... o.o' </3

SpoilerI imagine that episode was subtly dealing with divorced parents. Y'know, the hippogriff kid had to decide where to go because one parent lived under the sea and the other moved back on land...
Kinda sad, are his parents actually divorced then since they don't live together? :c
