      Well, most of those 40 also sucks blood of course, big one is just one of them, but they don't spread any illnesses like some countries and aren't that dangerous until there is somehow so many that you run out of blood. xD

      Here we have mite thought, they spread diseases, they are most dangerous insects here as far as I know.
