Made a playlist and looped it, every 4th song I exercise for the duration of it. First day of trying.

Protein isn't an issue in a vegan diet. I eat fish, so B12 isn't a concern either.

Well high potassium low sodium can do stuff (do a quick google search), just add some salt to your cooked meals, not a lot though. Also salt contains iodine usually which people need.
Whole foods has some cheap seaweed snacks that have good amounts of iodine in them.
