I wish to go the vegan route.... But all the greens in this country are mineral deficient.. Go to sea crops? I can't because see crops are expensive even though they're packed with minerals. So it isn't really a money thing too.
Eh just get some multi-vitamins and eat a meal with a half a one every other day or something and should be fine. Also beware with going vegan, not enough sodium or vitamin b12 or iron can be an issue.
