Doing some reading about skeptical thoughts, and pro-averagely-marketted-speed-reading I came to the conclusion its better to have a faster inner voice than try to suppress it, why distract myself with that sorta stuff anyways when I can just try and read faster. Like I will try reading fast but put a cap on it directly correlated to comprehension.

And its probably faster because less eye movements tbh, and less blinking.
