    *sigh* I need a new job, and fast. Weird how quickly my view on the current one has changed, from okay-ish to a stressful dead end.

      Sounds about right. Many jobs are like that - once you are good at something, they don't want to let you grow because that gets in the way of piling on more and more of the same sort of work to get maximum value out of you without having to pay you more or pay for training.

      Its why most people only improve their careers by hopping from job to job and/or paying for their own training.

      Yeah, plus in here, everyone is allowed to make mistakes,  even most stupid ones but of course I am expected to work flawlessly, and every screw up is some kind of disaster to my management...
