It's a part of being an American, a big part of the United States of America's history. If the people are not satisfied with those of whom are running their country they're aloud take up arms and run them out of government. The USA gives its citizens so much power in giving them the right to bear firearms, most countries would have their people weak and easily controlled than armed and strong.

It's one thing to be able to own guns, it's another to have so easy for lunatics to get one and shoot a whole bunch of people.
