Ahhhhhhh I wish it could notify me when something I'm replying to gets deleted, I had a comment I spent too long on since I'm a slowpoke ready but now I can't copy it over to here whoops x.x;; I wanted to link these subreddits to you since they've really helped me realize how even when horrible events occur, there's always also good, amazing people that do their best to bring back some hope for humanity

As for what humans did in the past, I know what you mean, don't worry... hearing about the kinds of barbarity that occured so frequently back then really makes me grateful I live in somewhat less bloodthirsty times ^^;

You're very welcome! I hope they help you feel even a bit more optimistic about humanity; there's a ton of horrendous people out there for sure, but there's also countless people that really do make life even a bit better I feel, or at the very least want to if they only knew how. If you end up becoming misanthropic, I still think that's a respectable and understandable position, I just hope you don't get into the kind of state it led me to in the past ^^
