    So, at the suggestion of a couple of friends on the forums here, I'm actually considering writing a fan fiction about the Derp Knight. It'd probably be a half-and-half mix of snarky, tongue-in-cheek humor and action. Any thoughts?

      Oh, my Derp Knight will be nothing like Nolan's Batman, that's for sure!!! If I use anything, it'd be plot points/story-structure of his movies, and maybe some of the ways he handled certain supporting characters, to a certain extent. But the Muffin Mare is going to be loveable and goofy Derpy Hooves first and foremost; likewise, any other characters from the show will be accurately portrayed.

      ah good but be very careful with those plot points, you would be better off going to Batman TAS or the comics, i kinds had the same problem when i was thinking up the Punish-shy (my cross of Fluttershy and the Punisher)

      Will do; it'll be chapter by chapter installments, so if people think it's too close to the movie, I should be able to adjust it early on. Ultimately, though, I'm mostly aiming at just doing this for fun, and like I said, if I can get some good humor in there, that'd be great!
