    Wooh, been a good afternoon; got through Sergio Leone's first two movies in "The Dollars Trilogy" "Fistful of Dollars" and "For a Few Dollars More"; classic first entries in the Spaghetti Western genre. Clint Eastwood is such a boss!!! BD

      Ooooo, might have to check that out; I do love me my Westerns. I'm watching a ton this semester because my senior thesis (for American Studies) is going to be over the transformation of Westerns from the 1950s onward. It's been fun so far, ah, "researching". ;)

      Wow! That sounds like an awesome senior thesis! :D

       

      And oh my goodness, I think you'd just love (or hate :P ) "Renegade" then! It is _such_ a realistically gritty, unromanticized portrayal of some things, (though not all things.. : ) -- it seems non-American cultures sometimes have a clearer vision of some American themes, probably 'cause they can step back and take a look at things without the emotional connection.
