They screw up with Assassins Creed III, it was still good but much of the plot was incredibly rushed and the ending was very unsatisfying. Assassin IV is awesome though.

I have heard that AC4 was awesome indeed. This new one, however, I am not looking forward to in the slightest. Mostly because I have a bad feeling that, after the lousy treatment the American Revolution got in AC3, the French Revolution is going to be romanticized up the wazoo by FRENCH company Ubisoft.

Now, I'm not saying that the French nobility and royalty of 18th century France weren't corrupt, nor that a regime change wasn't needed, but as a student of history I take issue with anyone who thinks that the wholesale butchering of hundreds of thousands that took place during the Reign of Terror was a GOOD thing.
