    No. Just... no. Because, not trying to be crude or anything, but, frankly, Blueblood's an arse. They didn't mesh at all. Sure, Rarity may aspire to become Canterlot royalty ( although she really hasn't mentioned that too much since Season 1, come to think of it), but she would only want to do so gracefully, with class and style, not by bending over backwards for that foppish, ungentlemanly little turd. Edit: Oh this is fantastic, this thread's transformed from "Why did Rarity leave Prince Blueblood" to "All the ways that Prince Blueblood is a douche".

    Welcome, welcome, welcome Dubious Fluoride, and heck no, it doesn't make you any less of a brony! As long as you're simply here, treating other bronies in a friendly manner and sharing in our common love of all things MLP, that's all we'll ever ask of ya. And hey, maybe something will eventually come to ya, some way of your own to contribute to the brony community. Maybe you'll become a moderator, or put together a clan of brony-gamers, or whatever, the skies the limit with this fandom, and you can certainly think outside of the box when it comes to coming up with even little ways to give a little extra back to the community. Heck, it took me almost a year to work up the courage to put together a fanfiction, but I finally released my first chapter a little over a month ago, and now I've got my own little project to keep working on for the fandom. So no worries; if something comes to ya, great, if something doesn't, that's just as fine. Just keep calm and brony on, friend, keep calm and brony on!

    Spongebob was probably the first show that I ever noticed really, really jump the shark hard! Of course, as most of you know, it came after the movie, but still, it's just gotten sadder and sadder and sadder. I can't believe the show's actually still showing new episodes!!! It needs to die and die soon, simply so that it can retain the little dignity it has left; what once was one of the most clever and satirical childrens' comedies ever has devolved into nothing more than a stupid, sugar-high, madhouse drivel that has no lasting value whatsoever. I guess another that I saw come to jump the shark would've been Rugrats; it's quality really started declining more and more after the second movie, "Rugrats in Paris", but I think it only jumped the shark when "All Grown Up" started. I mean, I never understood the appeal or purpose of that show at all! The whole idea behind Rugrats was that, hey, they're babies, and we're seeing the world as they see it; you lose all of that when you turn it into a dime-a-dozen pre-teen/teen coming of age show. It probably didn't help that Nickelodeon was coming out with A LOT of those coming of age shows at the time, so "All Grown Up" looked even more generic than it was. So yeah, never really liked that show that much, and I'd say Rugrats quality in general took a steep nosedive once that show came out.

    Not a fan of shipping for the most part, whether it be lesbian or heterosexual, for canonical reasons (DerpyxDoctor are a BIG acception, I love those two SO MUCH!!! ), but I guess I especially don't like lesbian shipping. It's not really for morality reasons, mind you, it's, as I mentioned, for canonical reasons; I find lesbian shippings to be even less true to characters than some of the heterosexual shippings. That's not to say they can't be well done, but this is my personal preference; I see no reason for most shipping, so I don't really support it.

    Ya know what I really hate? Take-home exams. I can't stand take-home exams!!!

    Just finished John Ford's swan song "Cheyenne Autumn"; absolutely remarkable and moving film. Ya done the Cheyenne good Mr. Ford, ya done the Cheyenne good.

    Oh no, I understood that you're pro-Twilicorn, that stuff I said about bronies still not sold on Twilicorn was addressed to that whole group of bronies in general, not you!

    Nah, that's my counterpart Molestia's schtick. She usually comes out after I've had a few too many drinks, so, basically every Friday when Luna and I go barhopping. So yeah, if I've been hitting the booze real hard, be sure to watch your anus, it may not be entirely safe around me.

    No need for an apology, I think even those of us who are pro-Twilicorn (myself included) can completely understand where you're coming from. Such major changes to characters are always a hard sell, especially when said characters have tried and true characteristics that have been ingrained, well established, and widely accepted by a fan base for at least a couple of seasons already, as Twilight did. Now, granted, I don't think that much has really changed about Twilight's character as a result of this, other than her changing physically and maybe maturing a little bit more, but still, I get that this was, and still is for many bronies, a hard sell.
