We don't have quite as many high end artists here as DA does, obviously, but we do have a pretty fun bunch of bronies and pegasisters around here. :3

I had a feeling you had a soft spot for messy-mane Cadance! Well, with that said, our time has come to an end (though by all means, feel free to keep answering questions if you wish to NCMares, we'll keep the thread open a little longer just in case some late ones come in). Thank you so much for taking the time out of your evening to spend it with us; it was very kind and generous of you and I think I speak for all of us when I say it's been a blast. That's an awesome story, kinda reminds me of when I finally got featured on Fimfiction. Here's an interesting question for ya, do you have a favorite princess to draw? Like, I know you don't have a best princess in general, but any who you like to draw the most?

Oh believe me, that's totally fair, I was just curious is all. And yeah, quality like that takes time; I mean, been writing my only fanfic since 2013 and probably not even halfway through, so yeah. I'm with ya on that, mostly indifferent to them. When the first one came out, I thought it could seriously damage the entire MLP brand, but it was just entertainingly bad with one great character in Sunset Shimmer (and her stuff has really remained great since then and only gotten better, at least for me). I did genuinely like Rainbow Rocks, but Friendship Games wasn't quite as good as that (haven't seen Legend of the Everfree yet). But yeah, it's at the point where you don't have to worry about what EQG does because it doesn't affect the show whatsoever (although I would honestly love if Sunset went back to Equestria at some point). Art question again; you've experimented with backgrounds a little bit (I get the sense it has more to do with the extra work and coloring you gotta put into it, which is perfectly understandable for artists), but the little bit we've seen has been great in pieces like this: Can we expect more backgrounds from ya in the future, or in the rare few you draw, more experimentation with backgrounds?

Michigan football for me, Jim Harbaugh be taking us out of the Dark Ages (seriosly, the Rodriguez and Hoke years by and large SUCKED!!!), though funnily enough I'm a Packers fan for the NFL because I've got a lot of family from Wisconsin. And quite so, I do indeed love me some AJ; I don't have a favorite Mane 6 since I can't choose between them, but I've always had a warm spot for her since she's usually such a steady, balancing voice of reason in the group. Random question, mostly since aside from some Sunset as a pony pics I haven't seen much EQG stuff on your DA, but what are your thoughts on the EQG films, both pros and cons (if you have both pros and cons)?

NFL and college football for me for the most part, though I occasionally follow college basketball and the NBA and every once in awhile MLB, especially when the World Series roll around (I'm pulling for the Cubs too). Should've asked this earlier, but what about AJ makes her your best pony? The stetson, or something more about her?

Oh of course, it was my pleasure! You were one of the coolest artists I met there and I loved getting to get some prints from ya and just chat. Actually your easy-goingness really helped put me at ease a bit when it came to quite a few of the fan artists there; like before I chatted with ya (since this was my first con period) I wasn't quite sure how to approach some of my favorite fan artists, but after chatting with you it was a lot easier for me to just pick up conversation with pretty much any of them I wanted to (if they weren't too busy, of course). Non-fandom question for ya, watch any sports? And also, you mentioned you love watercolors eh? Goodness, after your Supermare pics??? Dude, you could TOTALLY nail a Batman-crossover pic, I'm sure! I mean, granted, there's a little more variety in his look since he's had so many suits over the years, but I think all the same that you'd hit it out of the park. Let's see... if I'm remembering correctly, was this year's BronyCon the first time you had a booth, or the first time you had a booth there? Either way, how great was it (I'm asking this more for those who weren't there than myself since, well, that's where I met ya after all )?

OK, let's see... Oh gosh, tell me about it, if I ever have to get something pony-related (like a frame or lamination for art pieces) I ALWAYS tell them it's for my little sister, lol. Also, speaking of your grittier style, I can't make any plans for this right now since I'm still job hunting but I would love to commission you at some point for a piece for my Batmare Begins fic with Derpy as Batmare. I think the only time I've seen you so far draw any Batman-crossover was with drunk RD-Batmare, but that was silly rather than gritty, so I can imagine you'd love taking a shot at a serious MLP/Batman crossover pic (forgive if I'm wrong in misremembering whether you have or haven't done one yet). Got any personal highlights or favorites of your own from Season 6?

Very cool. Now I have to ask as well, where did the grumpy, grunge, hoodie-and-sock wearing, junk-food eating princesses that I'm sure you are quite well known for in the fandom come from? Those are as hilarious as they are adorable, and quite a trademark of yours by now. Also of course I love video games! Console myself, so no need really for Steam for me, and I don't get to game as much as I'd like, but when I can I love it. And I still need to get Arkham Knight, though I'm sure I'll get a nice deal on it before long.

I can imagine, if I could draw like you I don't know where I'd stop. You seem to enjoy doing quite a few amusing crossovers between MLP and other properties, such as Star Wars (probably your most frequent), DC (especially AJ as Supermare), and even 'The Hangover' just to name a few. Where did the inspiration for those come from? Did you first decide to do those just for fun, or did a friend or fan either request something like that or commission you?

Very cool, and a very familiar story for many of us I'm sure who also at one point couldn't imagine getting into a fandom like this. Do you have a particular feature on ponies that you enjoy drawing the most? It doesn't just have to be a body part, it could be an expression or even objects entirely separate from them.
