@Sunlight: the wind's been even more incredible! We were getting 40mph winds Sunday night through pretty much all of Monday, and in some places the drifting was 5 feet deep! Sometimes I'd look out the window and it looked like vid you sometimes see of Antarctica out there, well, except for all the houses, but yeah, crazy I tell ya.

Yikes! It's been cooling down the past few days for me, luckily. It was 48 degrees (Celsius) just a few days ago, though. Pretty intense.

Oh wow, that sounds hot! We always joke around here that Michigan has the most bizarre weather, because for how far north we are, you'd be surprised just how hot we can get in the summer. But yeah, even by our standards it's been a rough winter so far; farmer's almanac that came out this year said it would, so it looks like they were spot on in that prediction.

And we in Denmark will be getting the remains of your blizzard, which will be rain. Damn you, America.
