Been doing alot of touching up and new research on the French Revolution. There are alot of people who say that it was wrong to kill King Louis XIV and that he was a good guy.
Last I checked he escaped (Flight to Varennes) Paris in order to create a counter revolution. He escaped because the people were taking away his power.
Like wtf? Of course, they were going to kill him.

oh wait, my bad. Getting my dates wrong.
The people hadn't killed the king yet right after that. My history classes always made it seem like things happened right away. March on Versailles for examples was a couple of days of standing outside and even some days occupying the palace and then some time waiting for the king to return etc.
