I'm exhausted. Haven't had over 6 hours of sleep in almost a week now (and sometimes only 3-5). Totally new sleep schedule, been taking me like 3-4 hours to fall asleep, and this new diet I'm on is driving me nuts.
But I did stop working out, which of course is best to do when not getting enough rest. Gonna try doing some stuff so that I can fall sleep earlier today but idk.
