No, I'm Morocco and Greece declared was against me. 

I only like to play Domination and Cultural victories and they are more challenging/complex and don't feel anti-climatic. 

The thing about greece is that they will win diplomatically if you don't eliminate them early, they have help from lots of city states and that puts them in a very advantageous position.

Like I said I only play domination and cultural victories. But yeah the city states advantage was def. something I didn't take too much into account, but was just hoping to avoid war altogether with them. (my cultural is immensely stronger than everyone else's)

Of course, another thing I forgot was the possibly of Greece militaristic city states alliances, which it ended up having.
