    I had like two "bad dreams" last night. They weren't nightmares and they were pretty uncomfortable, the second dreams was like some disaster comedy flick that got too serious sometimes. 

    Either way, woke up from both dreams cuz I got scared/disturbed. Terrible sleep. Did decide to get 2 extra hours past the time I was supposed to wake up so don't feel totally groggy. 

    Anyone else have bad dreams last night?

      Well actually both of mine were extremely weird but also bad. 

      But yea me too. The night before wasn't great either. Can't workout unless I have good sleep
