Made a new workout schedule to follow a while ago: 3 days that are legs, arms, then legs; rest day; 2 days legs then arms; rest day.
Finally stuck to it this week! Can officially say this is my workout schedule.

Great job there! When I did exercises I never had a rest day to be honest, only in the final moments, where someday I stopped.

One should always have at least one rest day in a workout cycle. Not letting the body rest could lead to injuries/complications along the way.
