Ok, "Sound! Euphonium" episode 8....fucking amazing.
Really threw me for a loop.
Tho some of the dialogue is rather strange I def. had a huge smile on my face alot of the time.

If I have free choice to live anywhere then of course I'd pick a place where people wouldn't believe that we would be able to live on said planet. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter Shit I'll live right in the Great Red Spot But if you mean within given reason then I'd also say Triton! -

Been watching this anime "Sound! Euphonium" and the only reason I picked it up was so I could watch the movie that takes place after the show.
If it wasn't for that it probably wouldn't be show I'd continue after the 2/3 episode. A music anime without music is like what?!?!?
But finally in episode 6 there was a full music piece and it was done really well. Finally a good episode and a great scene. Everything before that for the most part was grueling.

Well the story is very deep though.... Oh their alternate forms ... Yeah its their persona... They wear priper uniforms ...ita only in the emotion realm they like that... Its bot ecchi or borderline perverted.
Its more psycological and action oriented anime... But if you really don't wanna watch it its okay.
Heres one awesome scene... Incase it changes your mind hahahaha.

Hell no. what do the princesses know about earth? I would say if they come and live here for 35 years and run a campaign and are voted in then sure, I would vote for them if I find them suitable but if they come and want some absolute monarchy then hell no. But that’s just for my country. In order to rule the world??? Sounds impossible but let’s say they live everywhere for the amount of time it takes to become the head of each country (which is possible cuz they’re immortal) then United Nations (not every country/province is a part of it) could sort have some United Nations Leader and sure Princess Celestia could be that, in fact, the only “person” I could see being that cuz of her long life. -

Any prequel films out there that you all think are actually good? Prequels have sort of become this area for lack creativity or just strange back stories that end up tainting the original good thing that started of a franchise. Do you all like any prequel films that you actually feel had a positive impact on a franchise and weren't just devoid of creativity or cash grabs etc.? My fav prequel films I would call good are: Rogue One, Bumblebee, Animatrix I would say Star Wars Episode III if it didn't spoil alot of things in the original trilogy, tho it's still one of my fav films, no matter how cheesy jajaja,

Recently been thinking alot about how many things in life you could only do once. Because I've been watching "Sound! Euphonium" a big thing I've been looking at is high school and contemplating how my high school could've been better and how one should view themselves while they are in high school etc.
Point is, I had a strange dream where we had almost this "high school reunion" type of thing where we all put on our uniforms, went on a field trip to watch a movie, and people were acting rowdy af, etc. it was really weird. Idk.

Been doing alot of touching up and new research on the French Revolution. There are alot of people who say that it was wrong to kill King Louis XIV and that he was a good guy.
Last I checked he escaped (Flight to Varennes) Paris in order to create a counter revolution. He escaped because the people were taking away his power.
Like wtf? Of course, they were going to kill him.

oh wait, my bad. Getting my dates wrong.
The people hadn't killed the king yet right after that. My history classes always made it seem like things happened right away. March on Versailles for examples was a couple of days of standing outside and even some days occupying the palace and then some time waiting for the king to return etc.

Picking up Star Wars Rebels again and so far season 3 is pretty good.
I found that the show overall suffers from the same thing Clone Wars suffered from: starting an interesting story followed by a boring arch.
Makes watching any show tedious because I was enthusiastic and then I’m like groan. Which is why it’s taken me about 3 years to finish (not even done) Clone Wars took me like 4 Longer if I include when I watched season 1 when I was a kid (longer cuz I haven’t finished final season).
Too much Star Wars material between 4 and 5, and 2 and 3 imo.

movies/tv Corpse Bride (2005) vs. Coco (2017) (which movie do you think is better?)

While corpse bride is great and has an interesting art style, Coco is an incredible film that fills me up with emotion when watching it and thinking about it. I saw corpse bride many times when I was youunger and had forgotten that it involves a person traveling to the “land of the dead” and also have a few other interesting similarities; of course, they are very different films in terms of tone and visuals, message etc. damn now I wanna rewatch corpse bride, watching this piano scene right now. Still I put Coco on the top spot. One of my fav films of all time. -
