Sleeping 13 hours is a dream for me

I've done stuff like that and still feel tired. I've also had days were I got 6 hours of sleep but was completely fine. The human body is just messed up.

Yea I noticed this as a weak spot in MLP. They make a character seem very important and play a big role in the development of a certain character(s) but they don't continue to build into it later, so then it's like the strength between those two characters never happened.

There is still time in this season to stop that. Bring Ember and Trixie back and have some good interactions to see where these relationships have gone

Well it's different. The many different mlp mods that you can combine together to make the game more Equestria like. I did Equestria map, Equestrian city-states, mlp civs (discord, trixie, twilight, etc.), ponies replacing units, Equestrian advisors, etc. Things of the like.

@Twilight Sparkle ✨ It's actually 20km/h over here, Poland FTW. There are few that go much faster indeed, and I see some of these in local shops - legitimate scooters that have higher speed in specs. Unfortunately, although I've read in some articles, that such scooters aren't necessarily classified as scooters (and thus aren't limited to 20km/h), people still get fined, as it's tricky and surely risky to rely on.

Yeah I imagine people are toying with this, but I'd rather not.

Apparently here in Poland you also can't ride these on roads, unless there's a global speed limit of 30km/h on specific road, which is rare and therefore you pretty much end up having to ride on pavements at speed close to walking speed. The laws for scooters are full of nonsense which makes it painfully obvious they were made by unintelligent people, to say the least. Yes, at first when these became popular, kids were causing troubles way too often, but they really should consider making separate laws for kids and adults, because this is ridiculous. ;-;

I'd understand these limits being a thing in busy cities, because I can imagine bunch of scooters quickly moving all over the place may be a pain for car drivers, just like there are constantly problems with motorcycles, that squeeze all over the place at high speeds, but come on, that doesn't make sense on less busy streets and even less on straight roads connecting two cities. Monke laws 

I live in a small town, there are many quiet streets and the road I take to move to another city is quiet as well - having to ride 20km/h on a completely empty road is ridiculous. I could totally go faster without anyone noticing it, but what if that one time the police decided to sneak there for the first time? Rip

True, but this is a show aimed at kids. I'm pretty sure that most kids wouldn't think too deeply about how the friendships were portrayed badly in the episode. Even most of the other viewers wouldn't get hung up on the little implications. For all we know, Pinkie might have a perfectly good reason for not telling Dash. I'm not saying that you are taking things too seriously, since I pretty much do the same thing, but am just saying that for the casual viewer, they wouldn't really notice these little details. 

And yeah they could have done something else, but I feel like this was good enough for me. 

As for sacrificing a character to establish plot, it's often an easy way of getting viewers and readers hooked into the episode. So this method of establishing plot is used in many shows. It's effective (most of the time). 

Well the idea that “it’s a kids show” so it could be written badly is a sentiment I don’t agree with. Considering, that the reason I love the show is that it’s written extraordinarily well most of the time. Also I don’t care if kids or other fans don’t get bothered by something that doesn’t mean I should just ignore it. I’m gonna critique it how I felt it should be critiqued. 

It was good, but I am a fan of the sentiment that “there’s always a better story.” And in this case it hits.

just because something is used often doesn’t make it the only way things can be done and just because it has proven effective doesn’t mean something else can’t be effective and not sacrifice character. Always shoot for the best story. Of course, like I said before this is a minor issue, but still an issue regardless. It doesn’t ruin the episode but it’s still a flaw that I wish to bring up.

The "it's a kids show" isn't an excuse for it being written badly. I'm just saying that something that kids might enjoy, might not necessarily be exactly what an older viewer would like. 

Sure this episode could have been better, but there's much worse mlp episodes out there. I prefer consistently good writing compared to occasionally amazing writing. I feel that this episode was satisfactory and it really showed how much RD loved Cider. I've seen so many memes and seen this (RD loving cider) be brought up positively in many fan-fics, so I guess a lot of people did enjoy this story.

Ofc it's not the only way to do it. I just don't mind stories being done that way. Exposing all these flaws actually makes them seem more human and be more relatable.
