    Ugh anyone ever just get long bouts of not being able to get yourself to do anything that last like a week or 2? 

    I have one that's been going on for a while. Like obviously depression but uggggh still

      I have inconvenient shifts at work, I don't sleep well overall, and in general things aren't as nice as I'd like them to be, so yeah, I do feel drained both physically and mentally very often. I can relate so much. :P

      Thanks y'all! I appreciate your words of support. On my way to hangout with a new friend, hoping it goes well and being out and about will get me in a better mood. 

      @Trot Shuffleomg, I've been trying to get myself to make a to-do list because then I can actually get myself to do things but uggggh i cant lol

    Well that's awesome that you started working out and it all came sort of naturally. I misspoke a bit in my last message when I said I started working out hard af. I have always exercises but my diet was the real problem. But was able to get rid of that layer of fat hiding my abs. Tho I can relate to the switching shifts thing even I never had a major switch shifts it always little things that add up on my end. I switch a shift here so I can go hangout or party etc. And then I do it again and stay up late and then its a downward spiral lol

    Oh snaps, u use to have abs too? Are you like a big fitness head? I was more so looking at myself in the mirror one day like "I always wanted abs, I'm sick of looking like this, time to workout hard af." And then I got them for the first time, then I lost them, got them again, lost them again, once more, and then once more lost lol That was all in the last two years. So far this year just been flab with every now and then having some consistency but never reaching peak.
