One way to be extra kind this season: tip a few bucks more than usual when dining out. Usually a dollar or two will boost it from a good tip to a great tip. Maybe buy one less latte and use that five bucks to tip someone...or drop it in a bucket somewhere. Or MCM here, or your local children's hospital.  Does $5 make a difference? A little bit. For a waiter, it could bring a little bit if extra joy that they need. If every diner gave $5 more, imagine how their night would change.
