Howdy folks. It's 7:16 pm here. So here's my move lately at work: After a 3 mile walk/jog around 1, I've switched to hot tea (either black tea or chai w milk). I'm digging it. By then the coffee pot has obliterated what remains.

Oh yeah definitely, and I always am first to take precautions. I have a kid and have public school teaching experience. If I taught again, I'd get even the flu one without a second thought. I'm a little stubbon - that one and that alone just seems a bit fugazi to me. Good luck on not getting shingles. If I ever get it, I'll think of you. -

@Scootaloved thanks for the advice - something to think about for sure. If only it was more effective, it would be a no brainier. @Feather Data probably not. That's why I said I'm surprised, not that they give it, but that they were able to develop one. I looked it up - it was liscened in 1995 -

As @ShadOBabesaid, there are quacks out there. One such quack is the one who came out with the study that vaccines cause autism. His study was discredited, as he forged his study and his PhD was revoked. However, the stigma remains, which led to other fears. I vaccinate my daughter, including the flu. I for one skip the flu, because that's one that seems silly to me -- and I've never gotten the flu. I'm surprised chicken pox has a vaccine now. That was a fun rite of passage. -

Yep - two or three times a week. Sometimes not at all. I like the gamut of beer from cheap to, well, better. Some include, in order of $ to $$$: Miller High Life, Busweiser, Yeungling, Dos Equis, Shiner Boch, HB, Spaten. As you can see, German based. I like cheap wine to good wine. I have a soft spot for Carlo Rossi Paesano, because that's my in-laws house wine for special occasions, but have been known to go to wineries for wine tastings and bottle buying. Regarding liquor, I like Captain Morgan spiced rum (big surprise), Maker's Mark bourbon, Titos vodka and Chivas Regal Scotch. My heaviest drinking time of the year is Thanksgiving to Christmas for wine and liquor and hot summer days for beer. I used to like Jack and Coke as my go to back in my early 20s, but that's too sweet for my taste nowadays.

I ran a red light about 10 years ago and was pulled over. They let me off with a warning. Since then, nothing. My wife was pulled over about two months ago because she forgot to out her lights on. Also let off with a warning. Thrilling stories, I know.
