Holy Cow! Was last Saturday's episode marvelous or what? It looks like "Flutter Brutter." might be taking "Hurricane Fluttershy."'s place as the best Fluttershy episode. I really love this episode,not because it stars favorite/best pony. This episode was basically a 22 minute long middle finger to those who said Fluttershy never retains her lessons and always relearns them; That she's had the least development of the the mane six and she's a one dimensional character with no depth. All throughout the episode I had this smug grin on my face thinking "Yes Fluttershy! Show those haters you are the well-written, well-developed, dynamic that we all have already known for six seasons. This episode was a real treat and having it made some people eat their words when they said it was going to be another "It Ain't Easy Being Breezies." made it all the sweeter.

You could say the same thing about the other characters as well. What are Applejack episodes about? Basically her family, being a hard working farmer, and her stubbornness. What about Rainbow Dash? Her love of flying, Wonderbolts, ego, her always trying to maintain her "cool tough girl image."....... nothing else. I'm not hating on these characters but you and other fans' generalization of Fluttershy could be applied to the other five as well. How many times have we've seen Rarity trying to establish her business and open stores, trying to fit in to rich, high society, or do something fashion related? I'm probably going to get crap for this later but I don't care. I really don't understand the complaint "Durr all Fluttershyz eps r all da same." when most characters are guilty of this as well.

Hope you guys have had a wonderful Fluttershy Day. It was so pleasing to see some of the fandom show their love, appreciation and respect for out Flutter Butter on Equestria Daily. I recently found a video that I thought would be perfect for this day. It's a song dedicated to Fluttershy and her fans recorded by a brony rapper named MC Arch.
