Anyone else remember "The Brave Little Toaster?"
I used to watch this movie many times as a little kid, but it wasn't until I re-watched it as an adult that I realized that some of their songs have very deep themes...

Joe Ranft (Heimlich from "A Bugs Life") was one of the people who wrote the screenplay for the movie.

@Valencia Do you like this song?
Because I think it's a pretty cute song, and a good balance to all the dark parts of the movie. They were just beginning their journey, so it was the perfect time for Toaster to lift up their spirits and encourage them to do whatever it takes to find their master, no matter what comes in their way.
SpoilerAnd they have proven their uplifting spirit, so many times! Despite the forces of nature having little mercy on them, Lampy took the courage to risk his life to refuel the battery, so that the team can continue on their journey. Despite being captured and imprisoned in a spared part shop (and even discouraged by their inmates from even trying to escape) they still kept hope and tried to find a way out rather than succumbing to their doom. Despite being ridiculed by the "Cutting Edge" technologies that they are now obsolete and inferior appliances, they still retained their faith in their master. Despite being thrown in the garbage dump and told by all the cars that they are now "worthless" and nobody wants them anymore..they still persevered. And we all know how the movie ended.
"Any life worth living isn't just a life filled with ease." Powerful message in so many ways.
