      electronics isn't about manufacturing digital mechanics like that, scratchy. it's about the knowledge of how electricity works and how to work with it to bring voltage to the outlet you have in your wall, for example. at least i THINK it's like that.

      Also, all you have to do in order to build a teleporter is set a toolbox on the ground and hit it with a wrench, it hardly takes a sentient creature.

      yeah, i realized that now. i was thinking about DIGITAL electronics, which consists of manufacturing and understanding how digital components work, like the alarm function in an alarm clock, as well as the display it has and how to project the different digits on it via the 7-segment decoder.
