Why do you think you depend on people so much?

because i feel like i am unable to do a lot of things that i should be able to do around my age. i have a hard time standing up for myself should i need to do that, i have trouble talking to people just normally, partly because i am bad at listening and catching up words, but also because i am afraid to do that. i expect to be gently treated at all times by people that care for me, otherwise i feel uncomfortable. among other things.
