so i tried to run some of my MIDI songs with soundfonts in Reason just now. well... it's certainly sounding different. better in some places, worse in others. with some manual tweaking though i think it could turn out really good. hopefully it renders the tracks themselves well.

can you edit album info onto an artist's page on last.fm? i noticed an artist i like who is completely missing a double album on their page, and i can't seem to fix that, for some reason.

i think it's too late to say i've been using it for almost 3 years now?
i haven't noticed any abnormal action on it outside from a (very small) amount of sites being unable to get connected to. and that just happened in the past few months or so. only thing i recall i couldn't do was torrenting and enter Quake Live's website.

also, these laptops aren't actually handed to the students in the sense that they buy one to them. apparently they're all on a contract that says that a laptop will be issued to every new student that enters the school, and will have it for 3 years. then they take them back for reasons i am not sure of after that period of time.

lol and IIRC ponies don't have their genitals visible all the time like a human would, so you don't exactly see giant hoarsc0x unless there's a need for them. ----------------- i am wondering two things: how long my sanity will hold in front of that guy in my class, and why i am even registered on the LAN class because i sux at it and will probably never have any actual usage for it because of that.

oh, it IS pretty fast alright. and it's also got things like being able to dodge and such. i think Quake beats it in terms of speed though because there's so many things you can exploit in it to get an advantage ahead, most notably strafejumping and rocketjumping to hell and back. UT is a bit more laidback in that regard, i've felt.

not as insane fast. ROTT is pretty much as fast as you'll ever get in an FPS. they are, however, different in the fact that they are more arcade-based shooters, which is quite different from the COD-realism swamp that's everywhere nowadays.

that's the point of the game, to be fast-paced. the original ROTT had some fucking insane levels of speed and absurdity, which'll all be present in this reboot. also, you're thinking of Apogee Software Ltd., which were the original incarnation of Apogee. shortly after the release of Duke 3D, they changed to 3D Realms. Apogee Software now is a video-game publisher that's established as a spin-off to 3D Realms.

i actually liked your zoomed in avatar more. i'm actually really bothered by people who use incredibly large, and high-detailed avatars, but doesn't crop the interesting part of it, and instead you see the entire picture... at like 150x143 resolution. :S :3 OH MY GOD the placement on that emoticon is soooo fucking off and gahsedpgseigsg the day the ":3" emoticon gets replaced on the forums is the day i will kill the staff here i already have bad eyes. so if i do that, i can get one good eye afterwards. which means i don't need no glasses anymore, but something much more classier, a monocle! :3
