was just reminded today how evoking Hebrews 13 is. The more I read (re-read) through that passage makes me realize how much I've walked in faith and how I've sort of walked with the term "coming to to serve, not to be served" Would definitely recommend reading as a healthy reminder to continue to love and honor others the same way Jesus did

Wow! That's a lot of merch. I think this year's babs I came home with the least amount of merch. Just a few buttons and such. Definitely had a great time at babs, and had a great time during the concert and hanging out with my music friends, and meeting some new friends. Hmm...Style 10 on page one and style 14 on page two seem pretty intriguing. Whenever you are caught up with customers, you mind sketching out those styles on whirlwind. I forgot to include a full body of whirl in the first post. haha

*waves* Hi there Silky! I've been thinking of a trying a new mane style to go with Whirlwind. As a pegasus who was born and raised in Cloudsdale, my passion has been to fly...fast! and competitive. The Streamlined mane was fitting pegasus archetype has been my staple for 8 years. However in more recent years, I've been taking Whirlwind's character arc into a more simple, down to earth (literally ) direction. I had this interest in giving Whirlwind a new (or alternative) mane style to suit his look. Something simple, not too flashy, but still a hint of the old mane style.

"Compositions For Piano" By Benn Jordan (The Flashbulb) This is one of those albums that not necessarily helped me through the dark times, but this album literally changed my life in some ways and what ultimately lead me to where I am today. Both musically and emotionally This is an album I can put on when I'm feeling down, feeling up, relaxed, tense, etc. Each listen gives me thoughts of interesting moments in my life and I sometimes go about my day with some of these compositions in my head.

Stuff's been pretty samey for me lately. Just got back from Harmonycon (which was awesome btw) and still doing stuff with music. As far as my faith in Jesus, I've been more connected then ever in the past seven years. Even when stuff hasn't been as significant, I feel God is moving me in a direction that I'm sort of accepting to at this point and I've put my trust in faith to live it

Around 6 years ago I started making drum videos playing along to songs from within the My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic franchise. This includes the movie, EQG, and A New Generation (G5). I have since referered all of these videos as a series called "Drumming Is Magic". Six years, 22 renditions, and more to come. It's no surprise MLP made a significant impact on me. But the soundtracks and music is what inspired me to go further with music and expand my music vocalbulary. It's fun looking back at some of the older drum covers I did way back in the day and seeing how far I've coming with drums and the series on my youtube channel. It's still amazing that my most viewed drum performance on my channel is the first Time To Be Awesome drum rendition uploaded September 2017. I'm happy that the significance of my playing has made others entertained but most importantly made me happy that I could be inspired but something by a show about little pastel horses. So what's the next step for Drumming Is Magic? Well... I ain't stopping soon. My ultimate goal was to make a drum rendition to every song from the show. As ludicrous as it sounds that idea still sits in the back of my head. Although that thought seems to be creeping back in and I still have the urge to make more of it ^^. Throughout the course of 2022 I've been in limbo of what want to do with the whirlwind youtube channel. I said this many times over the years that "I don't consider whirlwind studios as pony youtube channel" but really it's where about 80% of my subscribers came from. This past year I've seen a big music growth by exposing myself to the music scene in my city and in not fandom oriented contexts. The bottom line is I don't know what the future will take me with my non fandom content, But I will continue to persue what I love best and work in more drumming is magic videos There's my random thought of the day.
