Need help. My Windows taskbar is still transparent even when I turn transparency off. I want a solid black taskbar :/

Also am not willing to use any programs to change the taskbar (ex TaskbarX). I want to do it vanilla, not having to rely on a program every startup.

  I also have an alienware that runs the same version and build of windows and it has a solid and opaque taskbar (all black).

  On my Windows 10, the taskbar has very little transparency by default.
  
  Yea, depending on the computer specs, you will get transparency or not. There should be a way to disable it somewhere. It is harder to enable than disable.
