Okay, so apparently, the Sims has been oddly accepting of Homosexuality since Sims 3, wherein male sims could use "Woohoo", adopt children, and get married without having the score increase less than from a straight marriage. In 3 in particular, a man may also experience pregnancy if he's abducted by aliens, but the child will look strange and be almost perfect.

I never tried because I didn't think it'd ever happen, but now, I'ma go play Sims 3 and create the hottest guy I can conceive then get abducted by aliens and get pregnant with the perfect hybrid child ¦D
