Believe it or not, I never played this game until recently. See, I started playing Pokémon in Gen 4, and my first game was the Gen 2 remake. At the time, I was busy with Heartgold, and I was a kid. I had no idea I was playing a remake, I barely knew about the main gen games. I decided to get Platinum because I like Giratina, who doesn't? :3

When you finish Pokemon but a new one comes out

Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Because a certain Nintendo game didn't have that subtitle or anything. 

Why can't I casually inform people online that most Pokémon were based on Yokai without some dumbass kid saying "Yokai-Watch came AFTER Pokémon!"

For those of you who don't know what a Yokai is, they are spiritual beings of Japanese folklore. They are THOUSANDS of years old. Yokai came before both Pokémon and Yokai-Watch.

I actually hate Yokai-Watch, it did not meet my expectations at all! At least the characters in Pokémon have end-goals other than "Become friends with every Yokai some of which will kill you in order to consume your very soul."

I can't even do legitimate research without running into these poorly designed characters

Why can't I casually inform people online that most Pokémon were based on Yokai without some dumbass kid saying "Yokai-Watch came AFTER Pokémon!"

YAY! New DragonFeather vid! Finally a good one!

I haven't worked with dragons forever, and to be honest, I wasn't really diligent with the formalities, but I was a kid. I think I might have even bothered him. He was never really present, I just felt him there, in the background.

I didn't even know what Mon-Tey meant at the time, and eventually I just stopped feeling him. Maybe I wasn't ready, but this video reminded me of him. I may try to reestablish that relationship. He's pretty young actually, I wanna say 150? I never actually asked him. I don't think I was experienced enough to know how to ask.

I'm rambling. Thinking about this, I've realized that I've been slacking in the whole "spiritual journey" department, so I've decided that I will be taking a well-needed break from MLP Forums at least until after Litha on (I believe) the 22nd of June.

Speaking of Litha, I gotta get shit planned!

Haven't answered any notifications today, wrist is sore from being lazy all weekend and playing skyrim.
Turns out spending 7-10 hours a day for three days straight playing video games without stretching often is really bad for one's tendons, who knew :V
 

But I wanted to pop on for a sec and share a card I once got.
Little wallet sized laminated piece of paper.

But first, how I got said card:

Saw a hobo asking for food one time in winter.
Pulled over, asked him what he needed, he said food, took him to the fast food place across the street.

Went inside, asked him to order, then I would, and pay for both.

Got him some food, saw his hands were shaking, gave him my gloves because I had another pair in the car.

He told me his friends called him 'Wolf' on account of his beard, we shook hands, blessed one another, and went our separate ways.

Just before doing so, he gave me this card, which has a picture of what looks like a monk from the middle ages on one side, and a quote from, as it labels, 'St. Francis of Assisi':

"Prayer for Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace.

Where there is hatred, let me sow love.

Where there is injury, pardon.

Where there is doubt, faith.

Where there is despair, hope.

Where there is darkness, light,

  and where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;

To be understood, as to understand;

To be loved, as to love;

For it is in giving that we recieve

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;

And it is in dying that were are born to eternal life."

Still not sure why I needed to share all that.
