  1. This probably sounds weird, but since watching MLP FiM again, almost every dream I have has ponies in them now.

  2. Chrysalis, no doubt. The season 2 finale always reminds me of Little Mermaid when she disguises as the princess and almost takes over Canterlot. She definitely won me over in the season 6 finale, with an almost villain victory, considering the only thing that stopped her was Starlight and Thorax, and that was still pretty impressive for an MLP villain, nearly capturing almost every single pony and taking over the whole kingdom, despite being stopped by a traitor to her kingdom.
  3. Did anyone know that Hasbro has a dedicated YouTube livestream of MLP FiM episodes? It doesn't play them in order though, after the Season 4 finale, it jumped to the Season 3 premiere, which is kinda strange.

  4. Is it possible to be too obsessed with MLP FiM? I am constantly thinking about it now ever since I decided to re-watch it over a week ago and now am worried for the fandom and the possibility of death of interest causing fan content, and official content to disappear.
I just really want to keep these accessibility options open for re-watching episodes and fan content whenever I come back to the brony fandom.

I am also kinda obsessed with hoping that either Shout Factory or some other company, or even Hasbro themselves, puts out a complete series FiM Blu-ray set.

  5. I am going down this deep dark rabbit hole of who has ownership of MLP: FiM, eOne did for a while, but is now probably sold to Lionsgate, but Hasbro rebranded Allspark as Hasbro Entertainment... my head is hurting

    1. Trot Shuffle

      Trot Shuffle

Companies eat each other like predators eat prey and then change their identities to avoid any suspicions! :kindness: :sealed:

      Tacodidra

I'm sure Hasbro still owns all MLP-related stuff. And despite selling eOne, they're still keeping some of the brands associated with it.

  6. Would anyone buy a bootleg complete series MLP FiM Blu ray set at this point?
Found a website selling a complete series Blu ray set of MLP FiM for 159.99 USD.
I still kinda wanna own the show physically in some form, even though I have the official Shout Factory DVD sets that stopped at Season 7, unfortunately.

    1. Brony Number 42

      Brony Number 42

As I said, there is a way to download and save the episodes. Physical media is a must, because sites can pull shows off line.

  7. Dragons, always liked dragons since the Spyro games. And maybe Changelings. Might be in the minority, but the reformed designs are cool to me, even though the "evil" forms are definitely better. Always like shape shifting creatures in media.
  8. Decided to watch FiM from the beginning again, still kinda hurts knowing the show is over.

Also trying to practice drawing the ponies, it is hard to try and draw them show accurate, Using a Wacom Intuos tablet btw.

Maybe I am just more accurate with a paper, pencil, and ink.

  9. Aladdin, the 1992 version, not the Will Smith version. Aladdin is one of the many Disney movies I never get tired of, alongside 101 Dalmatians, Beauty and the Beast, and Pinocchio
  10. I actually STILL remember coming here right after watching the Season 2 finale with Queen Chrysalis. I was so desperate to find other fans of the show, and lo and behold, I found a forum for MLP FiM, this place.
  11. OMG, I cannot remember the last time I was here.

Been doing alot of Twitch streams, and trying to focus on YouTube and TikTok content.

I hope I haven't betrayed the brony fandom, but I almost rarely watch any episodes, ever since I finished the series finale, I don't wanna make myself sad to know that G4 is done.

Although it is better for it to be over than beat a dead horse (NO PUN INTENDED), like the Simpsons or Family Guy, whose shows should've ended so long ago.

  12. Did anyone catch the ALF marathon on ShoutFactoryTV's Twitch channel? I am glad ALF is getting the attention again after so long

  13. Wow, it is so hard to focus on video editing projects when I am constantly watching pony videos on YouTube... ponies are addictive, and I need help.

  14. The official distributor, Shout Factory still has all the G4 DVDs and Blu-rays. The only non-G4 left from them is Twinkle Wish Adventure, every other G1 thing is discontinued and out of print now. https://www.shoutfactory.com/search?q=my+little+pony
  15. Back again after god knows how long... again.

Still salty about the later seasons being removed from Netflix, but nothing that piracy doesn't fix.

I dunno if I mentioned how much I actually liked the G5 movie.

I still prefer G4, but like they say about all stories, "all good things have to come to an end."

  16. Finished the new movie, CGI animation was good, reminds me of current Disney a bit.

I still prefer the 2D Flash animation of FiM, and there were a lot more colorful and unique characters in FiM, compared to New Generation.

    1. Tom Gallagher

      Tom Gallagher

      Exactly my thoughts.

  17. The 1989 Little Mermaid, for like, the hundredth time in a row, that is one of the best Disney animated movies, alongside Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin!
  18. Been a while since I was here, but I am sorta back again...

Also been binge-watching alot of the Disney theatrical animated movies, those will always be my favorites.

I am hoping the new G5 movie on Netflix delivers some promise.

  19. Just watched The Last Unicorn for the first time, great animated movie that I went so many years of not seeing until now.

  20. "She Talks to Angel" is another good episode I like from season 9, reminds me of Freaky Friday, and Angel interacting with the other ponies in public in Fluttershy's body is pretty funny.

  21. I might be a little turned off by the use of iPhones in the upcoming G5 movie, but I should keep reminding myself, don't judge something before you see it, form your own opinion and don't rely on someone else's judgement.
Remember the episode, "Spice Up Your Life"? Learn from that episode.

I know. I’m still gonna wait until at least the trailer to fully jump to conclusions but for me, giving them phones is already killing the magic. :(

    2. JMTV99

      JMTV99

True. I'll keep that in mind.

  22. I am mostly a single player person, especially when it comes to retro games on the NES, SNES, etc. But depending on what the game is, and if the multiplayer is online on, let's say, the Xbox 360, multiplayer is my go-to for games like, Call of Duty, GTA, etc. I mostly play single player games on retro consoles, considering I am a retro gamer.
