      Nyx is from the fanfic Past Sins. Some cult was trying to resurrect Nightmare Moon, but the spell was interrupted, and the unintentional outcome was Nyx. Nyx is an alicorn filly, a young version of Nightmare Moon, destined to become Equestria's worst villain once again and bring about nighttime eternal... But what if this little fun-loving filly doesn't want to become that monster from the past?

      That's not the best or most in depth description. I'll try to answer better tomorrow when I'm not half asleep. :adorkable:
