      Maybe it is resuming earlier because we got Legends of Everfree and the 2017 movie coming up, and they might already be working on Season 7 now.

      I think the second half is starting earlier than season 5's second half because season 6 started in March instead of April, so I guess it makes sense. And yeah, the new EQG movie too.

      Yeah, and sorry for such a late reply, but that's what I was thinking as well. With so much coming up in the next few months, they want to get the latest season out of the way, especially with everything we have yet to see, like Spike befriending that lone Changeling.
