What Points? You mean Bro Hoofs? You get Bro Hoofs, every time you post something, which someone really likes. Bro Hoofs are like likes. So..you have to post a lot, to get many Bro Hoofs, i would say.

If you mean by points to increase your rank it's how many posts you have made. The more posts you have the higher your rank will be, however some areas like the welcome section don't count towards this. You should get your first rank after 5 posts if I remember correctly and the next one at 40.
